Sit Down Restaurant

CLIENT GOAL:

  • Use coupons to double present customer’s visits
  • More direct electronic communication with present customers
  • Increase profitable catering business

CLIENT PROBLEMS:

  • Need a coupon delivery option instead of using coupon aggregators that game the system.
  • Reduce conversations (that can turn into an argument or bad feelings) with customers who say they forgot their mailed free booklet coupons
  • Want direct contact to keep customers informed of specials, coupons, emergencies or closing’s
  • Update food and restaurant photography for latest menu and texting pictures

PROJECT SCOPE:

  • Created a 2 month text message flow with a redeemable once-per-day OR once-per-week coupon with 2 way texting
  • 3 hour food and restaurant photo shoot
  • Additional:  1 extra QR Code for catering business

CLIENT CONTINUING RESULTS:

  • Restaurant:

    7% increase in redeemed coupons for 1st month

    11% increase in redeemed coupons for 2nd month

  • Catering:
    5 new catering jobs, 8 new scheduled for later this year
